How to Create a Trial Line

After you log in you will land on the Dashboard, where you can see your Connections, Lines Online, Active Lines and Total Credits. Click Lines in the top menu bar.

In the Lines menu, hover on User Lines. A second menu opens with Add Line, Generate Trial Line and Manage Lines. Click Generate Trial Line.

The Username and Password fields say Auto-generate if blank. Leave them empty and the panel creates them for you, or type your own. Package is already set to Trial, Package Cost 0, Duration 36 hours, Max Connections 1 — do not change these.

If you prefer your own login, type the Username and Password here — in this example Zack34562 / Zack90874. Check that the Expiration Date is 36 hours ahead. Contact Email and Reseller Notes are optional. Scroll down and click Next.

Choose the channel and country categories your customer needs — for example United Kingdom, USA Channels and any others they asked for. Tick the boxes, scroll to the bottom and click Purchase. The trial line is now created.

You will see Line has been added / modified. Confirm the Status is green, the Trial mark is on, Connections is 1 and the Expiration date is correct. Copy the Username and Password from this row.

Open the template below and paste the new Username and Password in place of the old ones. Keep everything else the same — the URL, the apps downloader code, the watch-online link and the M3U link.

Send the completed template to the customer on WhatsApp and tell them it is a 36 hour trial. Ask them to check the line and come back with their feedback.

Replace only the username and password. Everything else stays the same.

• The trial runs for 36 hours and allows 1 connection only.
• Select the categories the customer actually needs, or they may not find their channels.
• Always confirm the line in Manage Lines before you send the details.
• Send the details in the template format so the customer gets everything at once.
• Do not share your panel login with anyone.
